卡達的警察證明相較於其他可以線上申請的國家他的警察證明/良民證英文是 “Good conduct” Certificate
需要比較複雜的文件證明1. 需要去大使館
2. 大概要2-3個月才會下來了
3. 他是紙本
我以為可以直接到大使館申請
但是到了才知道
1. 需要提前預約，沒有預約不能進入
2. 大使館11點才開門
你可以先打個電話詢問
領事館的小姐人很好講話很溫柔
我打完電話後他說會寄需要資料給我

步驟2. 回覆由使館寄出的電子郵件
他會寄給兩個附件
1. Request Letter範例
2. 所有需要的文件
準備完成後回信給領事館，他會確認你的資料齊不齊
如果齊的話她會跟你約正本送件時間
辦理時間只有周一跟周四
最新時間請跟使館確定
所需文件 藍色的部分幫大家翻譯成中文
1. Request Letter which contains: 請求信
- Reason why you need Police Cert 申請理由
- Period of the stay in Qatar (from date to date) 待在卡達期間(進出日期)
- Passport number while in Qatar 待在卡達期間護照號碼
- Current passport number 目前最新護照號碼
- Email address, phone number and residence address of the applicant Email/電話/地址
- Applicant’s signature 簽名
※Please refer the other attachment file “Request letter sample” for the format.
2. Copy of Passport, Visa in Qatar which include: 護照影本
- Current valid passport 最新護照影本
- All the passport you held during the period of stay in Qatar 待在卡達期間所有護照影本
- All the visa pages during the period of stay in Qatar 待在卡達期間所有簽證影本
3. Copy of Qatar ID (front and back) 卡達ID (這部分我沒有，確認後沒有就不用附)
4. 4pcs of Face Photos (4×5 cm) 4張4x5的證件照
5. Original Form of Fingerprint (Must obtain MOFA stamp at Notary Office in Japan)
※Those who obtained the first visa after 1 Jan, 2013 → No need to submit
指紋檔案，如果你當年的簽證是在2013以後申請的就不用了
6. 1 Copy of Fingerprint 指紋檔案影本，如果你當年的簽證是在2013以後申請的就不用了
7. Application Form (attached on the email) 申請表 是一份excel 表格
8. 30 USD or 110 QAR
請攜帶剛好的現金不找零，只收美金或卡達幣，而且卡達2020年換過紙鈔，只接收新版紙鈔
(No Japanese Yen accepted/We cannot give the change, so please bring the
exact amount)
9. 5,080 JPY (including bank fee) as a legalization fee for the fingerprint form(If needed)
10. 5,080 JPY (including bank fee) as a legalization fee for the police certificate
良民證申請費請攜帶現金
※ In case you would like us to send back the certificate by post, please also bring an envelope such as letter pack.
良民證下來後可以請他們寄到家裡就不用去大使館領取
可以在附近的全家買 letter pack (380JPY)
※ In case you live too far to come to the embassy, you can ask agent (Cutbell TEL: 03-6416-4990) to submit documents)
Opening Hour: 11:00 - 12:00 Mon or Thu (Except the last opening day of the month)
