但是網頁一般都有自動翻譯功能

步驟0. 參考比利時官網 Service du Casier judiciaire central 

好吧這個步驟我覺得可以跳過

只要寫信就好了

步驟1. 寫信給比利時中央犯罪記錄服務處

內容包括

• Full name 
• Copy of identification (identity card, passport or residence card for foreigners)
• Date and place of birth
• Complete address
• Reason for the request (e.g. immigration purposes)
• Applicable fees

I would like to apply the Police clearance certificate.

• Name: xxx
• Address: xF, No. xx, xx Road, Taipei City , Taiwan (R.O.C.) 
• Date and place of birth: xx/xxx/19xx, Taipei, Taiwan
Reason for the request: I am currently applying the xxx for xxx and it requires the Police clearance certificate for all countries I've lived since 18 years old.
