There're many online resources to start learning Power BI.
Here is the summary that I've used and if you're also looking for the resource, you can give it a try.
For the people they have no idea what is power bi at all, they can start with Microsoft free training
They also provide some training and the Certificate if you pass their exam.
When you have question, you can also utilize their online community to look for answer or help each other.

They have many videos to teach you how to understand the basis of Dax and if you don't like video, they have textbook as well.
You can learn the language systematically which I think it's the best way to learn a new language.
They also teach you what would be the comment sense to utilize the chart, coloring rules...etc.
Follow their road map will be very helpful to understand DAX which is one of the main languages in Power BI.
For more advance courses, you might have to pay, if you're seeking for free resources, YouTube is your good friend.
